FULFILLMENT POLICY

Ryan Winter LLC provides fractional leadership, Value Builder advisory, operations consulting, and business strategy services. These services are fulfilled under a formal agreement (proposal, contract, or engagement letter) outlining timelines, deliverables, and scope.

Service fulfillment may include:

• One-on-one or group consultations

• Strategic planning documents

• Coaching or advisory sessions

• Internal process design or implementation

Delivery may occur via video calls, email, digital platforms, and—in limited cases—prearranged in-person sessions.

2. Workshops, Courses, and Digital Products

For workshops and downloadable tools (e.g., templates, assessments, guides, slide decks):

• Fulfillment is typically instant upon successful payment unless otherwise noted.

• Access is provided via email or an online portal.

• You are responsible for downloading and safeguarding digital materials once delivered.

3. Scheduling and Rescheduling

All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments without proper notice may be forfeited at our discretion.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated case-by-case.

• Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

• Consulting services may be eligible for partial refunds only if services have not yet been rendered.

• In the event of non-performance by Ryan Winter LLC, we will work toward resolution, which may include a refund or service credit.

5. Business Brokerage Services

Ryan Winter LLC does not provide business brokerage services.
All brokerage services—including business listings, buyer/seller representation, and transaction activities—are conducted exclusively through Truforte Business Group, an independent brokerage. Engagement with Truforte is separate from any relationship with Ryan Winter LLC.
