Who I Am and How I Work

I’m Ryan C. Winter, a licensed Florida business broker (license BK3362329) with Truforte Business Group. I’m based in St. Augustine and represent owners selling businesses anywhere in Florida, with my deepest roots in St. Augustine, Jacksonville, and the surrounding counties, where I have helped owners buy and sell businesses since 2018.

I work under Truforte Business Group, one of Florida’s most established business brokerage firms, which means my clients get the resources and reach of a larger network combined with the attention of a dedicated local advisor who knows Northeast Florida’s market from the inside out.

My background spans SaaS operations and M&A advisory, which means I understand business value from multiple angles. I’m not just a transaction facilitator. I help owners understand what their business is actually worth, what’s suppressing that value, and how to close the gap before going to market.
